Jim is the founder of SG Transaction Solutions LLC. He is a licensed real estate agent since 2007 and started this company in 2010.  Jim is detail oriented especially with timelines, dates, contracts and addendums.  He takes pride in providing first class customer service for everyone involved in the transaction making it as smooth of a process as possible from contract to close. He lives in West Palm Beach with his wife and two dogs, enjoys running and trying out breweries.
